[Monitoring] We have corrected an issue with our DNS cluster that was preventing the delivery of mail. We can now see that mail is flowing. There may be a short delay of approx 2-3 hours for all mail to be delivered. If you continue to have issues please contact support.

[Monitoring] The software vendor has identified and applied a temporary fix. Will continue to monitor for 24 hours. We apologize to any customers that have been effected by this issue.

[Investigating] We have been working behind the scenes to attempt to fix the issue, however we have been unsuccessful. The issue is not with our servers or network it’s with a vendors software. We now await further instructions from the software vendor Next Update T-4 Hours
