We have corrected an issue with our DNS cluster that was preventing the delivery of mail. We can now see that mail is flowing. There may be a short delay of approx 2-3 hours for all mail to be delivered. If you continue to have issues please contact support.

The software vendor has identified and applied a temporary fix. Will continue to monitor for 24 hours. We apologize to any customers that have been effected by this issue.

We have been working behind the scenes to attempt to fix the issue, however we have been unsuccessful. The issue is not with our servers or network it’s with a vendors software. We now await further instructions from the software vendor
